On a personal note, away from the corporate world, Heather cherishes quality moments with her family – be it racing down the ski slopes on her snowboard or gathering around a cozy campfire at home. Recently, she’s found solace in yoga, embracing it as her newfound passion. And in a home filled with men, Heather’s female dog, Trout, adds a touch of balance (and a sprinkle of sass) to keep things even.
Heather is not only an accomplished HR leader but also a sought-after keynote speaker. She regularly lends her voice and expertise to associations, organizations, and educational institutions, inspiring audiences with her captivating insights and experiences.
