Resilience/Agility Assessment
Resilience is the ability to deal with high levels of disruption, difficulty, or challenge while maintaining or regaining a sense of well-being. The Prosilience™ Assessment measures participants in a set of characteristics that help them to use their adaptation energy more effectively. Think of these characteristics as “change muscles.” Everyone can apply and develop each one. Just as certain physical muscles are stronger in some people than others, people differ in the strength of their resilience muscles. And, just as regular exercise will strengthen physical muscles, our resilience muscles can be strengthened through practice. When a change muscle is weak, it can certainly still be used, but the person must apply more effort to get the same result as a person who has developed greater strength in that area.
Accountability
The Mindset of Accountability Assessment is different from other assessments because it provides insight into how you think about accountability and gets to the source of your actions. This tool is used to help you diagnose your starting point for accountability and understand the reason for your frustrations. Individual results will point to the tools that will be most effective for you to increase your Accountability and decrease the stress and frustration in your life. For workshop participants, individual scores on the Assessment remain confidential while the aggregate of the group results are used to customize the material to meet the group where they are in terms of their Personal Accountability.
