  • Post-training Engagement: Participants were encouraged to action their learnings for tangible change. The process was supported with nudge technology, progress reflections and weekly post-training impact reporting.

  • Behavioural Change: Participants self-evaluated at the beginning and end of the process. Scorecard metric improved from 2.5 to 7.5 (200% improvement).
